of this agreement, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR INSTALL the software. User’s
downloading and use of the software provided on this website is condition
for acceptance of compliancy by the user with terms of this agreement.

Systems, Inc. (CSI). The entire risk as to the results and the performance
of the software is assumed by the user, and in no event shall CSI be held
liable for any consequential, incidental, direct or indirect damages
suffered in the course of using the software offered on this website. CSI
takes no responsibility for the accuracy or validity of any claims or
statements contained in the documents on the Download website. Further, CSI
makes no representations about the suitability of any of the information
contained in software programs, documents and related materials on the CSI
website for any purpose. All such software programs, documents and related
materials are provided without warranty of any kind from CSI. The use of
other manufacturer’s freeware or shareware programs contained on this

the years, WE DO NOT PROVIDED DIRECT PHONE TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR
DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING AND OPERATING OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED ON THIS
WEBSITE. However, we do provide support through Email, Support Forum or Live
Chat (when available).
Prior to downloading and installing any software from this website, ensure
all important data has been backed up and stored securely. Refresh all data
on the DVR prior to installing the new software. Uninstall any other
applications installed on the DVR not provided by CSI. Disable or uninstall
any anti-virus and firewall programs. Follow the on-screen instruction
closely for proper hardware selection options.
